GRANULATED POWDER

We carefully respond to production needs for powder medicine, granulated powder and so on.

We carry out validation based on production method or production criteria to assign quality character such as disintegration rate, dissolution rate and/or granularity, and take all possible measures to ensure stable supply of high quality products.

We produce wide range of powder medicine and granulated powder with various mixing, granulation and drying equipment installed. The work areas are divided based on item, and GMP-compatible environment is developed to prevent cross-contamination.

In the formulating process, various devices such as ribbon mixer, vertical granulator, fluid-bed granulation dryer, Bohle container mixer are properly selected based on raw material characteristics, blending ratio and other features to realize flexible production.

For folding, 4 powder sealed packaging is mainly adopted to handle single to multiple packages, 0.33-5 grams in volume, as well as other various packaging needs. We have implemented the latest high accuracy folding machine with feedback function in which filled sheets are weighed and automatically adjust the filling weight. A series of operation of filling, pillow packing and binding is carried out in automated line equipment.

Subdivided packaging is feasible for wide range volume of 1g-20kg by introducing auto filling machine to improve filling accuracy and work efficiency. Subdivided packaging runs on a system which meets various needs such as manual examination to integrated manufacturing line in which packaging and boxing is automated.
